Mommy's Father
[circa 1898] Ronni’s grandfather, Bob, left St. Joseph, Missouri, when he was a little boy and traveled west with his family by covered wagon on the Oregon Trail.

My family lived in "St. Joe" around the turn of the century but I guess your grandpa was gone by the time they got there
