Happy New Year to all three of you!

Oh, all the best for the New Year to you and Ollie too! Is it just my impression, or has Crabby Old Lady not surfaced very much in the last weeks? Could it be the flush of hope for better times to come that has temporarily rendered her, not quiet, but subdued? No matter, Happy New Year to you, Crabby Old Lady, you are the side I am most often cheering for. It is going to be one heck of a ride trying to get things whipped/bent back into shape.
I'm more optimistic about our potential for making the right choices and doing the right thing now than I have been for nearly my whole adult life. I feel the energy of 60's coming again. This time, I am thankfully old enough to experience them (smile).

Happy New Year. Like Lilalia I am also feeling more optimistic than I have for some time. I don't really know why unless it is simply that the changing of the guard in Washington reflects more of my core values and I have some hope we will get some constructive changes there.

Happy New Year, may you and your treasured friend the cat enjoy many days of comfort, and may crabby keep 'telling it like it is'.
Thanks for the great posts.

Happy New Year to Ronni and menagerie (there, that'll piss off Crabby Lady.)
And Happy New Year to all who visit here: getting older doesn't stop us from hoping/making things get better... Good cheer to all.

Happy New Year to you, Ronnie, and to Ollie, and to all of you. I love this day - it's like having a brand-new, completely clean notebook. May it be filled with wonderful things for all of us.

Ronnie - happy new and thank you for the idea on the header for my blog. By the way, I hope you are enjoying the heat wave we having up here in Maine. At least we are not buried like last year :). I hope you and Ollie have a great year.

Ronni
Thanks for a year filled with all your words of wisdom and your stories about Ollie and your life and times in general.
Your blog is my first go to read in the mornings and it helps rev up my engine for the day ahead.
Happy New Year.

Have I ever told you that my favorite of your characters is Crabby Old Lady?
Oh, and that Karoli Kuns and I are going to launch USHealthCrisis.com soon to help consumers navigate the politics of the health care system and create (foment?) change?
Happy New Year. Keep telling the truth.
