Sermon on Your “Mount”
[EDITORIAL NOTE: Today, at Time Goes By, there is a discussion about one of the recent stories on this blog. You will find it here - Ronni.]
By D. Sugar
For a cycle owner
The ultimate boner
Is not to protect the head.
And the folks with the spokes
Would stop making jokes
If they read the statistics instead.
For the death rate is high
In states that deny
There's a need for legislation.
But a strong helmet clause
In all state highway laws
Would be many a biker's salvation.
