GRAY MATTERS: Some Basics

Christmas Day 2009

MerryChristmasRedText

A couple of weeks ago, Darlene Costner of Darlene's Hodgepodge sent this video of the most amazing private Christmas light display ever. Enjoy.

And a few days after that, Darlene sent this one – high school students. Darlene is the gift that keeps on giving – in the best possible way. Enjoy the holiday.

You'll get no argument out of me on Darlene's being (among) the best!

We didn't get nearly as much snow as those to the north, south, and west of us did; but, the wind has been howling for a couple of days. We accummulated just enough snow that I had snow ice cream before retiring, last night.

Thanks for the wishes and good holidays to you, Ronni.

And here's wishing you a Merry Christmas and wonderful day...

How fun! Thank you, Darlene, for those treats. The silent monks didn't quite save enough energy to fuel the light show, but it's Christmas...time for me to stop obsessing about climate change, healthcare, and every body else's carbon footprint. It's time to lighten up (bad pun) Merry Christmas, all. Looking so forward to New Year's Day and the beginning of a new, promising decade.

Merry Christmas and a very good New Year to you, Ollie, and Craby.

A Merry Christmas to you and Ollie, Ronni.
Thanks for putting up Darlene's find, it's nice to start Christmas day with a smile on my face.

Merry Christmas to Ronni, Crabby and Ollie, and to all your readers, from Minnesota where it has snowed for 3 days straight. Wassail!

Merry, merry to you and Ollie!!!!!

Happy Holidays, Ronni!

Merry Christmas to you, Ronni! :)

Joy! Joy! Joy! to you and Ollie, Ronni. Thanks you for all the gifts you give all year long!

Thanks for the very amusing videos from Darlene. I've shared them with my Facebook friends. And thank you, Ronni, for all you do. May many blessings be yours. A pat for Ollie and a hug for Crabby .... :)

Love the monks SO much, and just put it out there for my Facebook friends/family.
As far as the lights display goes.....I am thankful not to live anywhere near those people!
